I don't sell websites by the square metre. Scoping ends with a firm price and a date, not a range that doubles halfway through. If the budget doesn't fit, we cut the scope before starting, not after.
You do. The repository, the database, the Docker images, the deployment documentation: everything is handed over. Nothing in-house is rented to you, and no key stays on my side.
That's the real question, and it deserves better than a promise. Everything runs on Docker using standard parts — Symfony, PrestaShop, MariaDB — documented and picked up by any other provider. No in-house framework, no dependency on me.
Yes, and it's a large part of the work. It always starts with an audit: you don't take over a site without knowing what's inside it. Only then do we choose between fixing, extending or rebuilding.
On infrastructure I run myself, behind Traefik and Cloudflare, with a separate staging environment and daily backups. You can also stay with your own host: the Docker stack installs there too.
